Hutchies' Director, Desmier Nairn, shared that it was fantastic to see eight Hutchies women recognised as finalists this year. Not just because of the number, but because it reflects the genuine support Hutchies provides for career development across the business, especially when it comes to supporting women in construction.
"Each nominee brings something unique to our business and our industry – whether it’s innovation, mentorship, or sheer determination. We’re proud of each and every one of them."
In the three months leading up to the awards night – happening this Friday – we’ve been celebrating each nominee across our channels, sharing their stories, achievements, and the impact they’ve made on Hutchies and the broader construction community.
Congratulations to all our nominees – your leadership, skills, empathy and excellence inspire us every day. We’ll be cheering you on at the awards night!
