Hutchies handed over the new $11.5 million Casuarina Village Shopping Centre in late February – four weeks ahead of schedule. The new retail centre, owned by CVS Lane Capital Partners, consists of a Coles supermarket and 14 speciality shops servicing the fast growing population in the beachside area.

After more than 10 years of planning, the project finally got the green light in April 2015, following a three-month design development period with Consolidated Property Group. When Coles approached Hutchies for an early launch date, significant program reviews were needed. However, Coles and Hutchies worked together during the fit-out to ensure the earlier date could be met.
