Hutchies has been engaged to undertake a multi-million dollar refurbishment of the Queensland Parliamentary Annexe, which directly neighbours Parliament House in Brisbane.
The works include the internal refurbishment of levels 9 to 24 to modernise offices and improve the accommodation offerings for MPs staying during sitting weeks of parliament.
A complete external replacement of the facade as well as soffits, shrouds, balconies, cladding & lourves and external remediation of precast panels, glazing gaskets and level 7 deck will also form part of the works.
