An existing lightweight framed structure was converted by Hutchinson Builders to create a new service centre and showroom for the Mazda/Hyundai franchise in Noosaville on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The finish is high spec with extensive ceiling features and joinery to provide wide open sales space. The external façade has been vastly updated to provide a modern composite panel finish.

As the site elevation was high relative to neighbouring sites, adequate drainage and storm water system was imperative. Hutchies worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure the project was finished within budget and on time and exceeded client expectations.
