Hutchies was proud to be involved in the award winning redevelopment of the Bowen Foreshore. The master planned community space was designed as a celebration of the rich history of the region, providing picnic areas, sound shell, promenade, event space, playgrounds, and waterplay park for the enjoyment of locals and tourists alike. The project also included a new skate park as part of the development. Hutchies’ scope incorporated major civils and roads associated with the master plan and was delivered within a tight 45 week construction program.
