Hutchies was delighted to complete St Joseph's Catholic College on budget and ahead of schedule, ready for a 2019 intake of students. We streamlined the process, delivering the school three months early by taking on the civil works package, allowing us full control of the site. Through careful planning we conducted all earthworks and roadworks tactically to allow for the construction of the school to begin ahead of schedule. The early civil works included a new entry, roads, car parks and an external roundabout.

St Joseph's was constructed to cater for both junior and senior school students, demanding a range of different multipurpose facilities. The works encompassed the creation of six buildings, consisting of an administration centre, covered PE areas, outdoor learning centres and senior level science, art and home economics facilities.
