Hutchies is proud to have been appointed as Head Contractor for the Stage 5 Expansion of the Dee Why RSL Club. This is the largest renovation project in the club's 70 year history and was undertaken over 24 months while the club remained fully operational.

The refurbishment included a new porte cochère, an additional floor of bars and dining, and a new reception lobby, including feature stairs and elevated walkway, as well as upgrades to the existing bistro and a new commercial kitchen. The scope also included demolition of most of the existing two-level southern car park, and excavation and construction of a new five level basement car park. The car park works provided a reconfiguration and expansion of the existing loading dock, including a new entry / exit point.

This upgrade reinforces Dee Why RSL's reputation as the premier club on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
