Fortescue Future Industries’ new Green Energy Manufacturing (GEM) Centre in Gladstone is the first facility in Australia able to make the multi-gigawatt-scale electrolysers used worldwide in hydrogen production.

As a Queensland born company with a strong focus on sustainability, Hutchies was honoured to be apart of putting our state on the world map as a global leader in the renewable-hydrogen supply chain.

This 12,990m² manufacturing facility transforms Gladstone into a green energy hub, boosting the local economy and securing more jobs in the region.
