Shellharbour Boatyard is a multi-building marine facility at Shell Cove. The project includes dry boat storage, a boat maintenance hardstand, and a combined workshop and retail building. It also incorporates office spaces and a dedicated car park.
The scope covers full services integration, warm shell delivery, refuelling and washdown infrastructure, acoustic treatment, and external works.
