Hutchies was thrilled to be working with Mosaic Property on their flagship new building on the Gold Coast — Bela. 

The 25 storey development at Mermaid Beach was being delivered through a design and construct model and has been designed by well known architect Rothelowman. It features spacious living areas with open plan connectivity to expansive balconies, high end interiors with brand appliances and finishes throughout. 

The resident’s amenities include a large resort pool, spa, steam and sauna rooms, gym, yoga space, bike storage, recreation deck, executive lounge and concierge services.
