Linc+AffinityatYungaba

This selection of new modern apartments are situated within the historic Yungaba estate boasting 3,000 square metres of private heritage gardens and rolling lawns, plus 100m of river frontage at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane.

The project was developed by Frasers Property Australia, one of Hutchies’ regular clients and included a master plan of new apartment complexes combined luxurious exclusive residences within the historic Yungaba House, a magnificently restored Italianate mansion from 1887.

Hutchies was privileged to be part of this project for more than 4 years and delivered two of the 3 apartment buildings (Linc + Affinity), and more recently the transformation and restoration of the heritage listed Yungaba House building.

The first of the two buildings, delivered concurrently by the same team within Hutchies is Affinity — a mid level boutique development comprising 44 apartments across 7 levels. These light-filled 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are available with either light or dark internal schemes and feature generous sized rooms and large balconies providing views across the heritage-listed gardens and river. 

The second building, Linc is a low level development comprising just 45 apartments across 6 levels, with a selection of contemporary 1 and 2 bedroom residences. All apartments feature large balconies providing views across the heritage listed gardens and river.

Linc + Affinity were completed in November 2015, with Yungaba House finishing in November 2016.
