Youth Foyer

St George Community Housing’s new Youth Foyer is a purpose-built residential complex providing modern self-contained student style accommodation. 

Located centrally in Sydney’s Chippendale, it offers 51 spaces for young people who participate in the Youth Foyer program and 26 additional units for affordable housing suitable to low income workers.

The modest building enhances the streetscape with a stunning brickwork feature facade that blends into its environment. Inside it boasts high quality finishes and detailing throughout with central hang out spaces inside and large outdoor terraces.

The project was delivered as part of a unique partnership between the NSW Government, Uniting, St George Community Housing and Social Ventures Australia.
