Hutchies constructed the upscale three storey semi-detached Space Furniture retail showroom in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. With a full glass façade and 140m² retail/office plus car parking, the building was created to reflect the distinctive Space brand, which retails contemporary furniture and home accessories. The showroom was also used to host a pop-up Ferrari showroom in 2014 while the luxury car dealership was awaiting the opening of its new facility.
