Youi HQ

Thanks to our national footprint and regional network, Hutchies was selected to build the $48.5M first stage of global headquarters for Youi insurance on the Sunshine Coast.

Stage 1 is a four level building and accommodates 1,700 staff. It will ultimately have capacity for 3,000 people when future stages are developed.

The state of the art facility incorporates on site electricity generators, sophisticated data backup system and water storage to ensure business continuity. The headquarters also includes a public outdoor plaza, with recreational facilities, park and café.
