Thanks to our national footprint and regional network, Hutchies was selected to build the $48.5M first stage of global headquarters for Youi insurance on the Sunshine Coast.

Stage 1 is a four level building and accommodates 1,700 staff. It will ultimately have capacity for 3,000 people when future stages are developed.

The state of the art facility incorporates on-site electricity generators, sophisticated data backup system and water storage to ensure business continuity. The headquarters also includes a public outdoor plaza, with recreational facilities, park and café.
