Hutchies is proud to partner with DD Living on the Royale Gold Coast project. Through a collaborative ECI process, we are bringing this prestigious 38-level beachfront tower to life. The original building has been demolished, and construction is well underway.

The project spans a 2,251m² site and includes 104 premium residences, such as two, three, and four-bedroom units, beach homes, sky homes, and penthouses.
