The Landmark

Hutchinson Builders was delighted to partner with New Hope Group on The Landmark project located in St Leonards. This standout development now enhances the skyline with breathtaking views over Sydney Harbour to the south, and towards Middle Harbour and the North Shore to the north.

Meticulously designed by A+ Design Group and Warren Mahoney, the 57-storey tower is home to 417 diverse residences, ranging from studios and one to three-bedroom apartments, to the exclusive three and four-bedroom sky homes. The Landmark's four-level curved podium at the base beautifully integrates with the local neighbourhood, housing retail outlets and open landscaped spaces.

Below this, a six-level basement car park offers 492 spaces. The tower itself comprises five floors of mixed commercial and residential spaces at the base, followed by 35 residential floors, and culminates with two-level sky homes at the top. The facade, defined by its distinctive waves and shifting angles inspired by Sydney Harbour's curves, ranks The Landmark as one of the most imposing and striking structures in the region.

Inside, residents are treated to luxury finishes, high ceilings, private balconies, and generous living areas and kitchens. In addition, the building offers a plethora of five-star amenities such as Club 500 — a collection of resort-style services, a pool and spa area, a virtual golf room, a discovery playground, a private cinema, a music rehearsal space, a library, and dining and lounge areas.

The Landmark has been exceptionally well-received, earning a Good Design Award in 2015. Upon its stage 1 sales release, all apartments were purchased in less than a day. The development has indeed established a new standard of quality, becoming a benchmark for future projects in the area.
