Huxley Avenue Residence

Huxley Avenue Residence is an award winning new single dwelling in Brisbane's upmarket suburb of Alderley. Boasting five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two powder rooms, plus a three car garage, the house enjoys luxury furnishings and fittings combined with high-spec finishes. The topography of the site was quite challenging, due to how steep and narrow it was. The project encountered a number of small issues that were efficiently handled by Hutchies, and resulted in successfully achieving completion ahead of schedule.

All team members on the project worked harmoniously together to produce a beautiful and well-programmed build and design.
