The residence is adjacent to an environmental protection zone that passes through the property boundary. The conditions surrounding this nominated zone had to be strictly adhered to. Hutchies worked closely with consultants to ensure the protection of trees within this zone. We installed specific retainment to the north-eastern boundary to retain all sand so the surrounding natural environment would remain uncompromised.
